Wedding Photography

Any variation to these terms and conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties)
shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by Matthew Andrews.

Booking deposit
A deposit of £500.00 is required at the time of booking. Dates can only be reserved when this deposit is paid.

Balance payment
The outstanding balance is due 28 days before your Wedding Ceremony. Payment for additional album, photographs,
prints and galleries is made after the wedding at the time of ordering.

Creative license
Matthew shall be granted creative and artistic license in choosing locations and poses used and Matthew’s judgement
in terms of photographic style and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. Subject to weather and
the availability and willingness of subjects Matthew will do his upmost to take all requested photographs but cannot
guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement.

Copyright
The 1998 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act assigns copyright to Matthew Andrews and copyright in all photographs
including, but not limited to, photographic prints and negatives, remains at all times the property of Matthew Andrews. You may use Matthew’s photographs for any non commercial use in connection including sharing online and in social media, making prints, books and albums. Matthew Andrews reserves the right to use any picture for promotional and display purposes unlessthis has been specifically agreed to the contrary in writing.

Exclusivity
Family, friends and other guests are positively encouraged to take photographs throughout the day but Matthew
Andrews shall be the sole professional still photographer on your wedding day.

Force majeure
In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond Matthew Andrews’ control his liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected. Matthew Andrews has full Public Liability, Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Cancellation
If Matthew has to cancel this contract for reasons beyond his control, (death, injury, sickness etc) his liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Should the wedding be cancelled for any reason as compensation for loss of income for Matthew Andrews, the following charges apply as a percentage of the total fee due; Less than sixty days before the wedding ceremony 100%, sixty
one to ninety days before the wedding 75%, ninety one to one hundred and twenty days before the wedding ceremony 50%. Should the cancelled wedding turn out to be a postponement and subject to Matthew’s availability, all money paid may be applied to the new wedding. In this case the total fees chargeable shall be the fee which applies at the time of booking the new wedding. In the event of Matthew Andrews taking another wedding booking for your cancelled or postponed date a full
unconditional refund of your deposit and monies paid shall be made.

Privacy
Your name and wedding details will be stored by Matthew on a private internal database and will not be made available to other companies or individuals. Should you wish to have your details removed from the database please advise Matthew in writing.
